Today in class, we learned about the transition from demo to record, including instrumentation and arrangement (both horizontal and vertical), and approaches to style and genre.In essence, the transition from a demo to a finalized record necessitates the enhancement and refinement of its components to align with professional benchmarks and audience anticipations, while preserving the intrinsic qualities of the composition.This transformation demands meticulous decision-making regarding instrumentation, arrangement and stylistic execution.Such deliberations are crucial to ensure that the songs not only resonate with their intended demographic but also distinguish themselves within the competitive landscape of the music industry.
